Hey! So, I just want to start off by saying how enjoyable this piece is! The humor is amusing, and the shading is done nicely. Though the proportions on the blue dog look off.
As for the coloring, I'd try going one way to give it a nice, clean look.
Also, maybe try blending? Some areas look a little blotchy with the coloring, so maybe try that.
